With over 10 years’ experience in construction, engineering, and property development, Devon has successfully delivered residential, seniors living, and mixed-use projects both in Australia and internationally. He brings expertise across all phases of development, from feasibility and design through to procurement and delivery.

 

Prior to joining GreenFort Capital, Devon worked for leading local and international construction firms, delivering mixed-use residential developments valued over $100M. He applies technical and financial expertise to manage costs, support design and construction teams, and ensure compliance throughout the development lifecycle.

 

Devon holds a Bachelor of Engineering (BE) and a Diploma in Engineering.
