Matt is responsible for leading our built form delivery business across a range of sectors. He has extensive property experience in a career spanning 18 years managing high performance teams in the residential, commercial, student accommodation and build to rent sectors.
Prior to joining GreenFort Capital, Matt worked for both ASX listed Mirvac Group, and Iglu Student Accommodation, ensuring optimal outcomes across the ever-changing property development landscape.
Matt has successfully delivered major projects in New South Wales, Victoria and Queensland, most recently being responsible for delivering a multi tower inner-city masterplan worth $500m.
