Nick is jointly responsible for the overall strategic direction, and operations of the group. He takes a lead role with respect to the company’s funds management function, with responsibilities including deal origination, asset management, valuation, and debt funding. He is also a Director of Retirement Living operating businesses Reside Communities, specialist accommodation management business Canvas Living, and over 50’s Land Lease operating business Liven Communities.

Nick’s 17 years’ experience in the real estate, financial and infrastructure sectors has spanned Australia and Europe and includes senior roles at a FTSE 250 infrastructure group and listed and unlisted Australian and European real estate companies where he sat on a number of development and investment related boards.

Throughout his career Nick has been responsible for the funds and financial management function of approximately $25 Billion in real estate and infrastructure assets globally, including more than $2 Billion in debt.

Prior to GreenFort Capital, Nick was an Executive Director within Blue Sky Alternative Investments Limited and was also a founding director of the Atira Student Living operating business.

Nick holds a Bachelor of Business (Accounting) and has been a member of the Australian Institute of Chartered Accountants since 2001.
