Canvas Living set to operate new Kingsford co-living scheme

Build to Rent and co-living operator Canvas Living has been appointed as the operating partner for a new co-living development in Kingsford, Sydney, which is set to welcome residents in March 2026.
Located in the heart of Sydney’s thriving eastern suburbs, the Kingsford site will comprise 68 fully furnished private studios, vibrant shared spaces, and an array of amenities designed to balance connection and privacy for residents.
Amenities include shared kitchens and lounge spaces, high-speed Wi-Fi connectivity, 24/7 resident support and a program of regular community events. Utilities will also be included for residents.
