As Development Manager at Greenfort Capital, Stephanie is responsible for development and delivery of projects across various asset classes within the Queensland portfolio. 

 

Prior to joining Greenfort Capital, Stephanie worked at ASX-listed Mirvac Group, where she contributed to the delivery of multi-tower inner-city masterplan. She brings strong expertise across the acquisition, design, and delivery lifecycle, with a focus on feasibility modelling, strategic development planning, consultant and team coordination and market research.

 

In addition to her professional role, Stephanie serves as Co-Chair of the Property Council of Australia’s Queensland Future Leaders Committee. Future Leaders supports emerging property professionals through events, research initiatives, committee involvement, and professional development opportunities.

 

Stephanie holds a Bachelor of Business Management and a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Queensland, majoring in Real Estate and Property Development, and Accounting.
