Steve is responsible for leading the company’s development and delivery function (including with respect to design, time, quality and cost) for projects across a range of asset classes and sectors.
With 19+ years’ experience in the property, development and project management sectors, Steve brings extensive knowledge and experience to GreenFort Capital’s projects across all life cycle stages. Steve’s wide-ranging national and international experience includes major land and built form developments across numerous sectors including, land lease communities, seniors living, residential, retail, commercial, health and education.
Prior to GreenFort Capital, Steve oversaw a large land lease communities (LLC) portfolio of an Australian development and operating business. This role saw him lead a large internal and external team in product inception, establishment, delivery and ongoing asset management.
Steve holds a Masters of Business Administration (MBA), a Masters of Project Management, a Postgraduate Certificate in Business, a Bachelor of Design Studies (Architecture) and is a Certified Practicing Project Director as a member of the Australian Institute of Project Management.
